Today, she oversees marketing and brand development, working alongside her son Caleb to strengthen the company’s presence and client experience.
Jenna’s company responsibilities lies in concept development, graphic design, and creating marketing that reflects the craftsmanship and values behind the Malcarne name. Beyond the office, she enjoys connecting with fellow business leaders through local Chambers of Commerce and fostering relationships that strengthen the communities Malcarne proudly serves.

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction and home comfort industry, Tony Catapano brings extensive expertise in HVAC design and sales, custom fireplace design and installation, and residential and commercial construction.
As Branch Manager of Malcarne HVAC for the past seven years, Tony oversees daily operations, leads sales growth, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. His technical knowledge, leadership, and customer-first approach have earned him the trust of homeowners, builders, and business owners throughout the Hudson Valley.
Tony is passionate about helping clients create comfortable, energy-efficient, and beautifully designed spaces. Whether designing a high-performance heating and cooling system, creating a custom fireplace, or consulting on a construction project, he is dedicated to providing expert guidance, innovative solutions, and outstanding results from concept to completion.

John Catapano has dedicated his career to arboriculture, beginning in forestry and urban forestry at a young age. With hands-on experience in everything from climbing and rigging to equipment operation and tree health assessment, he brings a lifetime of industry knowledge to every project.
In 2019, John merged his successful tree company with Malcarne Tree, PHC & Landscaping, combining his passion for professional arbor care with the resources and values of the Malcarne family of companies. Today, he leads a team of courteous, highly trained, and skilled professionals equipped with state-of-the-art mechanized equipment capable of safely and efficiently handling even the most complex tree care projects.
John takes great pride in delivering exceptional results, building lasting relationships with clients, and educating homeowners on the difference that professional arbor care can make. For him, the greatest reward is helping clients protect the beauty, health, and value of their properties while providing a level of service that goes far beyond what most people expect from a tree company.
